What size should I order?

How do I care for my swimwear?

  • Follow the care instructions on the product label. Generally, hand wash in cold water with similar colours and mild detergent. Dry flat in shade, and do not iron, bleach or tumble dry. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight, lotions, chlorine, and rough surfaces.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

  • Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Please review our Return Policy for detailed instructions and eligibility criteria.

What are the delivery fees and times?

  • We offer free shipping within Finland. Orders arrive within 1-5 business days. 

Do you ship to Europe or outside of Finland?

  • Yes, we offer shipping within Europe. An additional shipping fee of 15€ applies to all European orders. (Free shipping in Finland)

Where are Ui Swim products made?

  • Our swimwear is responsibly produced close to us in Riga, Latvia, with suppliers that follow fair labor standards and ethical production practices.

What fabrics do you use?

  • We only use fabrics made from certified recycled fibres (OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, GRS), to ensure safety, quality and sustainability.

Are Ui Swim products vegan?

  • Yes. Ui Swim is 100% vegan and completely free from animal-based materials.

What packaging do you use?

  • We're committed to minimizing waste by choosing recyclable packaging and incorporating recycled materials where possible.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

  • Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your items and shipping information before completing your purchase. You have 14 days to return or exchange your purchase.

Can I wear Ui Swim in the sauna or hot tub? 

  • Yes, but first, make sure that it follows the localized dresscode of the sauna. High heat and hot steam may weaken elastic fibers over time. If you do wear Ui Swim in the sauna or hot tub, rinse with cool water afterwards and let it air dry flat to keep it in the best shape

  • We recommend sauna seat cover or towel to be used in the sauna, for hygienic reasons, and also to keep your swimwear clean. In smoke saunas, benches often have soot, which can stain lighter-colored swimwear.


Can I use Ui Swim for winter swimming?

  • Definitely! Ui Swim is made for all kinds of waters, even icy lakes in the middle of winter. Winter swimming or ice swimming is refreshing, energizing, and a little bit wild (in the best way).

  • And remember the safety: never go alone, keep your dip short, and rinse your swimwear with cool water afterwards before letting it air dry flat.
